Veterinary Documents

Please provide a copy of the rabies vaccination papers and, if applicable, proof of spay/neuter from the veterinary clinic. The vaccination dates are required, not just the tag number. The license cannot be processed without the necessary documents.

Payment and Submission Instructions

Cash, check, and credit cards are accepted. Credit card payments have a 2.5% fee.

You can also use the mailbox on the north side of the City building at 100 E. 4th St.

To pay by credit card over the phone, call 402-363-2640 and ask to be transferred to the Records Department.
